Dr. Tripti is a Principal Scientist (Grade II) at M. S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, working at the interface of agricultural microbiology, metagenomics, and plant–soil–microbe interactions. Her research focuses on root microbiome structure, antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in agricultural soils, and microbiome-driven bio-inputs for climate-resilient agriculture. A recipient of the Ramalingaswami Re-entry Fellowship (DBT), she brings over eight years of international research experience and has led multiple national and international projects, including an India–Russia bilateral project. She has authored 30+ publications and mentors young researchers. Her work integrates advanced molecular tools with field validation to develop sustainable agricultural solutions
