150 women from 13 SHGs receive mushroom spawns

To ensure better incomes for the village women in Boipariguda block, MSSRF – BPTAbC distributed oyster mushroom spawns to 150 women representing 13 Women Self Help Groups across several villages. They were also provided training on growing the mushroom spawn. This activity was carried out under the Integrated Farming System project in collaboration with Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment, Government of Odisha. The initiative is aimed at empowering women beneficiaries economically.
