Mr. Selvamani V., (Thottiyam Branch Library, Tiruchirapalli), Mr. Mohanasundaram M., (Inam Branch Library, Karur) and Sairam A., (District Central Library, Thiruvannamalai) are the public library innovators recognised as community trailblazers.
