Mr. K. Rajendran

Rajendran is a broadcast journalist and documentary filmmaker based in Kerala, and is Senior News Editor at Kairali News – a Malayalam TV channel. He specialises in covering Environment, climate change, gender issues, etc, and is the producer and anchor of the popular current affairs TV programme Deesheeyam Sarvadesheeyam. Rajendran has published 15 books – most of them on travel, children literature and political history. He is the recipient of several awards including Prembhatia Memorial Trust Award for best Environmental Journalist in India.
