She holds an MBA in Agribusiness and a B.Sc. in Agriculture. As Development Coordinator at MSSRF, she leads FPO initiatives across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Odisha, focusing on governance, business planning, market linkages, and compliance. She has worked with organizations like Grant Thornton and Equitas Bank, coordinated government projects, and served as an FPO CEO. Her expertise includes ERP-based financial tracking, statutory compliance, and value chain integration, driving smallholder empowerment and scalable rural enterprise development.
