NOTICE INVITING TENDERS

Sealed Tenders accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit are invited by the Executive Director, MSSRF for the following work from Registered Contractors who have executed the works in CPWD, State PWD, Railways, MES, Public Undertakings at least three works with each of the value or the estimated cost of each of the work or similar work executed during the last 3 years. The details of the construction and building plan can be downloaded from the website. Those Contractors who fulfill the condition stated above and furnish registration documents, IT clearance certificate, documents relating to ESI, proof of their experience and ability to the full satisfaction, need to submit the bids along with the detailed cost estimates for the items specified in the document. Only downloaded documents from the website and filled with quotes for each speciefied items in BLUE INK, will be acceptable. The completed tenders in all respects will be received by 30th October 2007. The documents along with the bid value should be submitted by Registered Post to the Manager (P&A), M. S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, III Cross Street, Institutional Area, Taramani, Chennai 600 113 by 30th October 2007. The EMD need to be submitted in form of a bank draft in favour of M. S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, payable at Chennai. The Executive Director, MSSRF, reserves the right to accept or reject the lowest tender or any tenders in part or in full without assigning any reason whatsoever.
